FYTI ring

The art of combining colours, in a 100% Swiss handcrafted piece inspired by the tradition of Cypriot weavers.

Designed like a textile composition, our Fyti ring incorporates traditional geometric shapes and colours typical of ancient Cyprus.

Forged in yellow gold and set with extra-white, very pure diamonds, rare green garnets called ‘tsavorites,’ rubies, blue sapphires and orange sapphires, the Fyti ring is a complex weave of precious materials. It perfectly illustrates the expertise and aesthetic sense that Cypriot artisans brought to their textile creations.

Embracing the codes of “Fyti Weaving” or “Fythkiotiko,” one of the oldest crafts in Cyprus, our Fyti pendant features its ancestral colors.

First, the yellow of gold, then initially Ruby Red and Sapphire Blue, which were the easiest colors to produce; the craft was later enriched with additional colors, such as “Tsavorite” green, and the orange-yellow or orange of colored Sapphire, which added vibrancy to the patterns and contrast with the cotton.
